Acting as your designated Swiss representative under Article 6 of BATE, managing correspondence with ElCom and forwarding regulatory updates. Includes monitoring of BATE implementing provisions and notifications of relevant changes.
2027 (first year): Free of charge for existing REMITREP, CorreggioNET, and ETR Advisory clients. For new clients, a one-time KYC onboarding fee of CHF 500 applies.
From 2028 onwards: CHF 2,500 annual fee for all new clients. Discounts available for existing REMITREP, Correggio, and ETR Advisory clients.
Customer Representation with NRA: Act as the customer’s representative managing official correspondence with chosen NRA.
Representative Duties: Notify NRA of representative mandate and forward correspondence to the specified address of the customer and vice versa with a cap of 12 communications per year.
Process Management: Securely and reliably manage the process.

Regulatory Update Notifications: Inform the customer about significant regulatory updates communicated by the NRA (by sending notifications).
Guidance on Regulatory Actions: Guide the customer concerning the recommended action as outlined in each communication received from the NRA with a cap of 24 communications per year.
